“I had one off problems with the couriers locally and Lyco looked into it for me. Very helpful, professional, and supportive. Product well packaged and nothing broken in transit. I have yet to have the porch light installed as my electrician is unwell long term and I need someone else.”

Thank you for getting in touch. I am pleased to let you know your two lamps are due for delivery tomorrow, 20th July. Apologies for the delay. With regard to the dimensions of the Garland Lights, perhaps you overlooked the details in our "Key Features" section on the product page on our website, just below the image:- "10 x cool white LED lights each pre-wired with 5 metre cable and connectors Size: W 30 x D 25mm" Many thanks for your order and I hope you will shop with us again very soon. “Customer service team ignore emails. I had items missing from my first order of £400 which were not replaced and I had to purchase additional parts at extra cost”

I am sorry you are disappointed with us and the issue took longer than expected to resolve. We did in fact send out the missing cable for on 2nd July to complete your order. “Lights arrived before date they were due to be back in stock. Summer sale convinced us to buy. Personally I dislike Hermes as a delivery service. Their lack of telephone communication as an option is poor. Products were delivered to a neighbour even though we confirmed we wouldn?t be able to receive delivery.”

“Quick service and good price. Would have preferred a warm white, but not available. Not had a chance to fit them yet...... Big negative though, was that on arrival I found out that they were made in China! I am trying not to buy Chinese goods, but it is almost impossible when ordering online as country of origin is not shown.”
