“I ordered 4 light bulbs which were delivered quickly too me but one was wrongly boxed from the manufactures which they could not have known when they shipped the package too me. I sent them an email about the error and a replacement was sent to me which I received a day later without the need to return the incorrect bulb. Mistakes happen in life but it's how these are put right that counts, and can say Lyco did a first class job. Will be ordering more products in future from this well run business with hesitation,”

“Lyco were great in attempting to resolve an issue with delivery, having paid for next day and not receiving it. Unfortunately, Lyco partner with DPD who are absolutely shocking when it comes to quality of service. It would potentially put me off using Lyco in the future now I now DPD deliver for them. Other than delivery the item was in perfect condition and sold at a very reasonable price compared to elsewhere, Lyco - great! DPD - not so”
