“The light fitting arrived perfectly on time and very well packaged. One supplier refused to transport this item as it is quite delicate but Lyco did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.”

“The website was excellent as I had been looking at several sites and had not been able to identify exactly what I required until I found Lyco.. Unfortunately one of the (two) lighting fixtures was faulty but a phone call to Lyco was very capably dealt with by a friendly customer service employee and a replacement sent to arrive next day....which is now in place a working successfully.”

“My third order from Lyco.Goods easy to order and arrived on time. Invoice sent without asking. I would have appreciated an order acknowledgment though. The only way I could track the order was by signing in to the website as the only e-mail acknowledgment was from Paypal. Maybe just a glitch though?”

“Pretty rubbish as I bought bulbs they claimed were dimmable and turned out to be nothing of the kind and when I complained was told it was my fault for having the wrong kind of dimmer switch - the type that MOST people wouldhave!!!”

“Order delivered promptly and as stated. Just been installed and the lights look wonderful. Very happy with them. The bulbs seem to give off a good bright light and dusk to dawn worked well last night.”
