“I ordered lights thinking they would take 5 days, now taking 3 weeks. Lastly, on another order the delivery company left the bulbs on my doorstep after telling them the shed. So not happy with this service.”

“Very efficient service. Unfortunately one of the tubes I ordered was broken by the carrier but Lycos sent a replacement immediately with no queries. The replacement was completely crushed by the carrier, despite being well packed, I refused to accept the delivery, and again Lycos despatched an immediate replacement. Well done Lycos”
