“Unfortunately the LED replacement for a fluorescent tube arrived broken, despite being well packed. The same happened when they sent another. Disappointed, I had to give up and get a refund. However, I was impressed with their service and would not hesitate to buy from them again, though perhaps not for a 1.8m glass tube, which doesn't seem well suited to carriage by carriers.”

“I bought the "5W Very Warm White Dimmable LED Decorative Filament Smoke Grey 95mm Globe Bulb - Screw Cap" and lots of other items from Lyco. It arrived with lots of scratches on the surfaces of the decorative bulb. They kindly sent a replacement with no fuss. The replacement bulb also had scratches on the surface, but was just about acceptable and not worth the bother of changing again. Then I received a box containing the entire order again. I emailed them and they kindly arranged collection. All this took up some of my time but they were helpful about it, albeit disorganised / sending substandard products.”

“Fantastic service...as always. Needed a replacement bulb for an outside light I'd previously bought from Lyco but couldn't find the one I needed. Emailed customer services and Dean emailed me back with links to the alternative bulbs I could buy. Fab!”
