“An excellent supplier with an excellent product, I only wish that they could have a collect service, as over £5.00 for an item I could have purchased over the counter seems a lot, considering I live in MK. But on the positive side, extremely quick delivery, very well packed”

“I was impressed with LyCo's website, product range and speed - I was able to find at least one bulb type there that I couldn't find anywhere else. I'd certainly use them again in future. On the down-side, the packaging left something to be desired: There was loads of padding in the box, but it had simply been put on top of the bulbs, meaning the bulbs were pressed hard against an otherwise-unpadded underside of the shipping box. Half of the padding should have been placed in there first, then the bulbs, and then some more padding afterwards, so that the bulbs are suspended in the middle, safely protected from impacts in all directions. It was sheer luck that the bulbs made it here intact.”

“Service was excellent. Order was despatched the same day. Unfortunately, Lyco somehow managed to post it to a neighbour with a similar postcode. Don't know how this happened though when the neighbour phoned Lyco they immediately contacted me to see if I wished then to collect and redeliver the package - which I said was unnecessary as it was so close. So, after their initial mistake, Lyco did everything possible to sort it out.”

“Pleased to find the type of lamp I required. But the size (lenght etc) was not noted on the web page-so the lamp I ordered and returned was too small for my requirements.”

“I am still using incandesant bulbs, as the energy saving globe bulbs are extremely large and spoil the overall effect of the light fitting. Hooray, Lyco still have incandescent globe bulbs, so I purchased 10 of these. Simple on line ordering, easy. I ordered them in the afternoon before the cut-off time and as promised they were delivered by courier the next morning. Exceptional service. I have bookmarked your website, so that I can find it easily again. Thank you Lyco staff.”

“Great! Good value. Good range of products. Efficient service. Easy website and ordering process. Only negative was (and may be the information was there and I just didn't see it) I would have liked my delivery to be left for me. As it had to be signed for and I wasn't in I had to go and fetch it from DHL which was a faff. I would have liked the option to ask for it to be re-delivered at an agreed time - this is really a winge about DHL rather thatn Lyco, but you might like to talk to them about it.”
