“Overall my experience was OK but due to some missing details part of my order was incorrect. I purchsed a lamp fitting which required a 2 pin bulb but the details did not state that the fitting had only 2 pins, I unfortunately ordered the 4 pin bulb which required me to return some of the items”

“Lyco fine, delivery not so hot. Box clearly marked fragile and it came to us battered and bruised. A few bulbs not useable but not so many as to make a fuss.”

“The service from Lyco was spot-on, the goods being delivered within a couple of days, including replacements. Of the 5 light fittings I ordered, 2 were broken on receipt. Within a few hours of notifying Lyco, replacements were despatched, without breakages. I found customersupport@lyco.co.uk for returns did not work, so went through customer accounts who speedily sent on my message to Returns. The packaging was good - eco-friendly and suitable for the purpose. Don't understand why 2 were broken. Broken before despatched?? The previous light replacements cost £25 each, compared with £7.99 from Lyco. These are intended to last 10,000 hours, so cannot comment on this aspect now. Overall well pleased.”

“Service is excellent, Ultima towel dispenser: Not idiot proof, the spring is strong, the turning knob on the right hand knob is not srong enough anf has broken on three of ours. one was a second replacement, two now to be replaced.”

“Disappointed that I was unable to purchase 40 watt Pearl Candle Bulbs of 35 mm. diameter. The 45 mm. diameter Candle Bulbs , with the ensuing length, makes them ugly for my light fitting. The reason I am not using clear bulbs is because they cast too many shadows through the shades. I realise this is not your fault, but you have asked for comment.”
