“After not receiving my order as promised, and then not receiving it a second time after I stayed in all day, the Customer Services Manager was very apologetic and arranged for a credit to be put on my card and a substantial reduction in the cost of the product.”

“The web site was easy to use and creating a new account was also easily achievable. Delivery of the items purchased was quicker than expected, the only downside being that the delivery firm left them to the wrong address!”
