“Always fast delivery, well packaged and as ordered. When a product arrived that was a different colour from depicted, Lyco immediately replaced it by a different colour, no quibbles.”

“The product was not robust and had no instructions. However Jayne Bates of Lyco was very helpful in trying to resolve this and readily agreed a refund. I see this as excellent customer service, despite the product quality issue.”
