Please accept my apologies for the problem you had with your fitting, this is most unusual, we have dealt with this well known British manufacturer for a number of years without complaint. I immediately contacted the manufacturer from your email who have happily sent through the replacement parts and I have dispatched these lamp holders out to you today via Fedex. “Would have been excellent, but for the not so good notification of not having all that I ordered in stock. Remaining items were despatched very quickly after initial delivery though (2 days).”
