“I liked their website and the prices of their products (or at least the one I bought, which on the date I purchased it had an extra discount). The package arrived in good time (especially considering Xmas was approaching) and was VERY well packaged.”

“Having tried unsuccessfully in my local shopping area to get some opal candle bulbs I remembered that I had used Lyco before so went online. I coudn't find the items in the catalogue so I emailed them and received a very prompt reply giving me the information needed. The bulbs were ordered on a Friday and were delivered to me on Monday - every bit as efficient as when I used this company on a previous occasion.”
