“Excellent service as the payment I made when ordering didn't take place and when they phoned I thought we had missed the chance to receive our Xmas light bulbs before our big party on the Sunday before Xmas . However I was delighted when someone at the firm must have sent them "urgent delivery"as they arrived the very next day and they looked great outside our house. Thank you.”

I am sorry you are having a problem with your lamps. All dimmers have a higher and lower limit at which they will work at and it sounds like the lower range of the dimmer is not being met by the total wattage of low energy lamps you are using, this is then resolved once you put a higher wattage lamp on the circuit. This is not necessarily a problem with the lamps but sounds like a conflict with the type of dimmer you are using them on. Jayne Bates Customer Service
