“Although I am extremely happy with the lights I bought and the speed at which they arrived, I am very disappointed with the poor customer service I received when ringing up to add extra items to my order. Neither of the two women I spoke to answered the phone with a polite ?hello how can I help?. Their tone was basically I can?t be bothered and it was a chore for them to search for an item code as I only had the product name to hand. I used to work in customer service and I?d be seriously disciplined if I had their attitude. Sort it out Lyco!”
