“I had two consecutive orders, and whilst there was a bit of a delay on delivery of the first, I was kept fully in the picture. The second order arrived within a couple of days.”

“Good value for money product. Used online adviser to help with my purchase which was very helpful, so I could make a decision then purchase straight away. Company dispatched within 24hr only issue was with Fed Ex who even though I had said on order and left a signed note on door where to leave if I wasn't home. Didn't even bother to come into property just left a note in postbox to say couldn't deliver. Then when I rang telephone adviser was bordering on being just rude and unhelpful, and had to wait until the Monday for my delivery.”
