“Despite some lights arriving damaged, Lyco dealt with the problem really efficiently and the replacements arrived next day. Very impressive customer service. Would definitely use Lyco again.”

“Good value for money product. Used online adviser to help with my purchase which was very helpful, so I could make a decision then purchase straight away. Company dispatched within 24hr only issue was with Fed Ex who even though I had said on order and left a signed note on door where to leave if I wasn't home. Didn't even bother to come into property just left a note in postbox to say couldn't deliver. Then when I rang telephone adviser was bordering on being just rude and unhelpful, and had to wait until the Monday for my delivery.”
