“I did have a problem with one of the fiitings, customer service answered the phone propmtly, even went as far as getting one from stock to understand the problem, then found an alternative and sent a picture to my mobile to help explain how it overcomes the issue, then despatch replacements next day. can't ask for much more”

“But for god's sake stop blasting me with promotional material. It's really putting me off you. If I buy two bulbs today I don't want to be reminded to buy the same bulbs again the next day and the day after. Terribly intrusive - I've wiped your cookies away.”

“All five fluorescent tubes arrived damaged due to flimsy packaging. Phoned Lyco and they arranged for replacements to be sent out the same day, free of charge.”
