“My products were delivered promptly and in good order, only negative was I had asked for delivery to my neighbour if I wasnt in., This was not done. My husband had to pick the items up from a depot.”

“The light is good quality but....I ordered a Battery operated outside light and received a sensor light which requires a mains connection which I do not have...so I now have to contact a electrician to install...which is another cost I could do without...so not happy bunny”

“well packaged, with quality products, unfortunately the PIR attachment to body of lamp was loose. Didn't notify Lycos as it was easily fixed with super glue but this attachment needs further checking. Pity as I would have given excellent as with the speed of delivery.”
