Thank you for your comments on our service. I am very sorry to read you have experienced problems with one of your lights. I have unfortunately been unable to contact you directly to discuss. In the rare event a purchase from Lyco is problematic, all our customer has to do is contact us and we will resolve the issue speedily to the customers satisfaction. With this in mind I will arrange for collection of the faulty item to be brought back to our warehouse for examination and a replacement to be dispatched. Again thank you for your feedback.
