“The delivery guy (FedEx) had to call three times as I was not in the first two. When the purchase was arranged, if it had been possible to give instructions in this event, two unnecessary and wasted visits could have been avoided. Perhaps this should be routine.”

Thnak you for your comments. We do routinely advise FedEx of specific delivery instructions on behalf of our customers. This service is available by contacting our customer service team as we understand that with busy lives customers are often not able to wait in for their consignments.
