“Delivery was excelent,but took a little sorting out functionality Instructions very sparse, i.e. no diagrams, but trial and error prevailed”

“Service was very good except they sent the wrong bulbs even though the delivery note was correct. But I have to say that they rectified their error very quickly. I am at present waiting for the wring bulbs to be collected by FedEx, this should be today.”

“LIKED: Delivery date was as projected. Lights were well packed and undamaged when received. Lamp is nice and bright for such low wattage. DISLIKED: No fitting instructions in with the delivery note, so didn't know how to hang the sealed lights. I found the mounting clips and screws just by chance when collapsing the packaging for recycling. This needs to improve.”

“My first attempt to buy these light bulbs ended in a web server error but the second attempt went smoothly and the order was received within 24 hours instead of the stated 2-4 day standard delivery so I was very happy.”

“I love my egg I have one similar but it's not battery powered through the charger I can take it anywhere in any room and it lasts for ages a really good buy well pleased and arrived after one day”

“Good experience: cheaper than any other I found on the web, easy to order and promptly delivered. Only detail which was not very clear was the colour of fluorescent light I bought.”

“Good, though part of the order didn't come until the following day. I would happily have waited a day and received the whole order in one delivery to reduce courier journeys. I would also have preferred recyclable packaging.”
