Couldn't find similar product for a better price anywhere. Exactly what I wasn't after and delivered very quickly.

No problem with Lyco (apart from the fact they only publish Premium Rate phone numbers). But my parcel was badly damaged by FEDEX. Items were damaged and others missing. Lyco responded by offering to send a replacement order. Good outcome - this time let's hope that it isn't damaged!

This could so easily been a 1 star. Briefly, I placed an order for two items one Friday evening, quite late, and within a few minutes of placing the order I realised that one of the items had been placed in error so I immediately emailed asking for the item to be removed. I heard nothing until Monday afternoon when I received an email telling me it was too late to cancel the item from the order as it was in dispatch. I telephone the company and was told that I would have to accept the order as placed. If I returned the item I would have to pay postage which would be as much as the item (a low power bulb) so I should just keep the bulb. Realising I was going nowhere with person I was dealing with I decided to cancel the whole order. Luckily, after a few hours of calming down later I emailed the Customer Services Manager, a very competent lady, who arranged for me to get a full refund and happily took a fresh order of the original request, less the erroneous item. Brilliant result all round.
