“Service / everything great but.... ordered 2 x GU10 light bulbs (very small) and arrived in box that could have held 100 GU10 bulbs (large). Needs a bit of thought from packing dept.”

“Ordered under unit light which arrived in good time. Excellent service. Unfortunately switch on unit was faulty. Phoned customer services who advised new unit would be put in the post and that I was to dispose of faulty product. Replacement light awaited but can not fault service. Many thanks.”
