“The item arrived quickly and as described. I was sent emails letting me know about dispatch times etc. The item was left with a neighbour instead of being returned to a shop for collection (that was the courier's error). The price was the best I could find online (better than Amazon). I was aware of some negative feedback from customers, but my experience was good.”

“When you order ensure the product is delivered to customers address not some address mikes away. Answer e mails!!!! Don?t eventually tell us it was Monday and your ?Customer service? is a bit behind.”

“The "very warm white" filament candle bulbs look excellent and when dimmed are very atmospheric. I had to fit LED specific dimmers as they flickered with regular dimmer switches. Only time will tell how long they will last. Delivery was disappointing - I was going to be out so asked for the package to be delivered under the front covered porch. It was actually placed outside in the lane up against the back gate.”

“Very efficient service. I was able to find what I wanted immediately. Only drawback, I though the delivery charge was excessive for the size and weight of the light bulb, and surely it could have been packed in a smaller box! It made the cost of the item double what I originally thought it was going to be.”
