“When you order ensure the product is delivered to customers address not some address mikes away. Answer e mails!!!! Don?t eventually tell us it was Monday and your ?Customer service? is a bit behind.”

“The "very warm white" filament candle bulbs look excellent and when dimmed are very atmospheric. I had to fit LED specific dimmers as they flickered with regular dimmer switches. Only time will tell how long they will last. Delivery was disappointing - I was going to be out so asked for the package to be delivered under the front covered porch. It was actually placed outside in the lane up against the back gate.”

“Very efficient service. I was able to find what I wanted immediately. Only drawback, I though the delivery charge was excessive for the size and weight of the light bulb, and surely it could have been packed in a smaller box! It made the cost of the item double what I originally thought it was going to be.”

“Was disappointed when some of the light bulbs were broken. However happy that replacements for them were received the next day and the problem was dealt with efficiently once reported. Thank you. Noticed that the packing inside the box was not as full as I expected with fragile bulbs being the contents.”

“When I was adrift in the Sea of Darkness, there a tiny light at the end of the tunnel. My mind ticked over and I thought "What a mess!" Until my my mind was unblocked - like soot being blown out from a funnel. And it came to me as in a voice - and I knew where I must go.... to reach enlightenment "to Lyco...to Lyco...to Lyco...”
