“If you bother to read this then :- When I received my light and the florescent tube, the tube was broken , I bought a new tube loca, but please send me a replacement tube David”

I apologise that part of your order arrived damaged - our goods are fragile and despite our best efforts breakages periodically occur in transit. I am sorry we did not get the opportunity to assist you before now. “The customer service and product were both excellent. When the lamp didn't turn up on the day it should have I was able to ring customer services and speak to a lady who was most helpful, apologetic and ensured the lamp was delivered promptly and efficiently when she said it would be.”
