“Ordered wrong bulbs (not clear if it was dimmable). First customer service person I spoke to for returns was a bit rude & promised to send via email return instructions but it never arrived (probably wasn't sent). Two days later spoke to another person & she sent it quickly. The return process cost me £3 for postage & time to repackage. There should have been return instructions in the box. Plus spending time on phone which is a premium number. I will think twice before ordering from Lyco again.”

“I found letters for light box are difficult to put in on top and bottom lines but middle line they slide in really well. Also I have found the box flickers, even with new batteries, and that can be a bit annoying. I'd say this is 2 1/2 stars as a review.”

“Ordered an 8 w under cupboad flourescent light fitting at about 4 pm which was delivered securely packaged by a very cheerful and pleasant FedEx delivery driver by 09.00 the following morning. Good quality and value item supplied complete with the tube and all fittings required for mounting.resulting in it being fitted and operating about 10 minutes after delivery. An absolutely perfect transaction Thank you Lyco and big compliments to FedEx as well for the cheery start to the day.”
