“The Warehouse picked the wrong items and although the correct items got sent out the following day it did not seem that customer service felt that they needed to apologise for the mistake. I have used Lyco for many years and feel you could have done better. I introduced Boswell Farm Cottages to your service last year which I might not have done after this experience.”
