“I disputed the delivery of an order +£500 as item has not been received, nobody at our address matches the name on the proof of delivery & our CCTV shows that no delivery was made at the time stated. Every email I have sent takes a week for somebody to respond to, service is extremely slow and very unsatisfactory. Would not recommend. Order placed 5 weeks ago and issue still unresolved.”

“Perfect frame for my match worn shirt. Well packaged in transit and good shipping. THE communication could have been a little bit better as I had to get in touch to find out when it was being shipped to my location as I paid for it and Iit wasn't shipped until over a week later but I will say that they responded to my email quickly and was shipped to me In l ess than 2 days from confirmation of shipping. Arrived safe and sound after being really well protected for the journey would definitely use this company again if I required another fram like the one I purchased.”

“Very disappointed in how Luminati has dealt with me. Purchased the set of 3 plinths, for an exhibition. I was expecting the plinths by a certain date, but I sent an email to find out if I was going to get t them by the required date. No response so I rang, I was told that I would not get them as they were not even in production. I was offered smaller ones as an alternative and a refund of the difference. The plinths came and one of them were damaged arrived on the Thursday discovered this on the Saturday. The strange thing is the damaged plinth was wrapped in a completely different wrapping from the other 2. I was told I can only get a discount on my next purchase. I have sent several emails asking how much the discount is and where is my refund, and 6 weeks later no response there was discretion, i spent over £400 and a small business trying to build myself, this is a lot of money to me and to not even respond, is not very business like.”

“Loved the illumination of the reeds as we entered the gardens and the up lighters on the trees. Disappointed with the number of lights and length of pathways. Disappointed with the barrel operated search lights as 2 were not working and those that were did not illuminate anything and were just white light. No Christmas themes which would have been appreciated. Poor and limited food and drink offering. Overall as I had reduced rates it was OK but at full price in my opinion it was too expensive”
