“The overall quality is good, except for the brackets that hold the poles in place as they are made of plastic. I have had to get them made of metal as the 3 brackets that came with the screen have cracked when putting them in position.”

“Very disappointed in customer service - I placed an order 28th May, delivery came 3 weeks later while we were away on holiday. The items were clearly not packaged correctly as the box was badly split. Needless to say, two of the three items ordered were damaged, one beyond repair, however, I could manage with the second damaged item. Upon contacting the company's customer service department, as I was outside a 48 hour notification window to report such damage, a refund or replacement was not offered, just a discount if I would like to purchase again! Will not be ordering again!”
