“I love my 2 display cabinets. Absolutely gorgeous and make the sculptures in them shine even more. Well worth the wait!! I have to say that although the first shipment one cabinet was scratched, the team in Luminati responded very fast and sent me a replacement very fast, which came over really fast. Ii would highly recommend”

“Luminati were very accomodating, their products are or excellent quality and their service is quick and efficient. We needed a bespoke size of acrylic frame and this was not a problem for them. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for any type of acrylic frame.”

“Ordered 2 cabinets, both arrived broken in same place. Not due to shipping but fault with cabinet. Sent photos to Luminati, no reply. Sent photos again 2 weeks later, no reply. Non existent customer service.”

“bought a frame that was not right, quality was nice but sizing was wrong. Reached out to Customer services numerous times asking for help, responded but they never answered with the information I needed to buy the right product, got asked for a review twice… reached out again during that time and again someone didn’t follow up. not very good customer service. stuck with a product I can’t use. VERY disappointing as this was a frame for a photo of a late beloved family member which I had mentioned. The original frame was nice, but I have no use for it as it’s the wrong size so very poor experience overall.”
