Very pleased with my order and the customer service. The original case was delivered damaged but the issue was resolved very efficiently and I'm very happy with the replacement. Would happily recommend to others.

The case I ordered for my dad's model ship is beautiful. He is really enjoying having his ship on display in his care home room now. It is much admired by all - the case makes it look very special.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Didn't get an email confirming my order, took well over a month to arrive at which point I had sourced an alternative solution. Had to return the order at my own expense despite it being Luminati's fault that I no longer needed the product. I then had to chase for 7 weeks to get a refund, the customer service team would go weeks without responding to emails. Utterly horrendous.

The only thing I think could better the service is to keep the purchaser informed about expected delivery dates. Also trying to contact is difficult through computer site only.

The display frames that I have recently bought certainly look impressive. They were relatively easy to put up. The one element of my purchase that nearly put me off buying the frames was the cost of packing and delivery. To me, it seemed unusually high and it wasn't as if they were being sent under 24 / 48 hour delivery.

This is the second time I have ordered a made to measure product from Luminati and on both occasions the process has been simple and well executed. Drawings were emailed to me for confirmation before production and I was kept advised when the finished product went out for delivery. Excellent service. I won't hesitate to use Luminati again and recommend their services.

Luminati were very responsive when it came to approving the design of the case I ordered. It was completed in good time and received the next working day. The shipping packaging was really strong and good protection for the case. I would definitely buy from Luminati again.
