Extremely disappointed by the service recieved - tokens were left out of delivery and would not send any through once i got in touch. Appreciate that the time for checking had lapsed, but explained as a charity that was also in the middle of installing a large exhibition - i had only just missed the 48 hour slot. Customer serivce told me they would send tokens when i rang, then i was emailed to say they wouldnt. Surley good customer service and a bit of discretion would have gone a long way. Will not be purchasing again - and had to instead go to Amazon

I found that the unit i purchased is very flimsy. The sliding doors which i paid a lot extra for after careful consideration are terrible quality. I bought this due to the appearence on the website for my new venture and am really dissapointed not only at the amount of money i have spent but at what i have to work with. I would have expected a much better quality product and expect a full refund.

Received a damaged item. I had to chase several times to get a response before a refund was approved. I was told a refund would be processed within 5 days. I chased after 12 days to inform them that no refund had been processed. It's now 23 days since a refund was approved and there has been no contact or refund. This feels like a scam!

I placed an order beginning of February, chased several times for delivery date. Was given at least three different ones. I then got told that it was delayed due to not passing there quality checks and it needed repairing, I then received the display unit broken. It took a while to collect and more than a week to receive a refund after chasing

Absolutely rubbish flimsy product, came cracked and broken so I obviously complained they sent a replacement that came in even worse condition than the last , another replacement came turned out to be the first replacement but now with no door ! Ended up with full refund . DO NOT BOTHER

I have tried to contact Luminati on multiple occasions to report that the item was damaged when received. I have reported the damaged item by email to “enquiries@luminati.co.uk” (cc-ing “Despatch@luminati.co.uk”) on 22 January 2025, within 24 hours from reception. I have since then tried to contact Luminati by email to “CustomerServices@luminati.co.uk” on 31 January 2025 and to “luminatiadmin@luminati.co.uk” (cc-ing “enquiries@luminati.co.uk” and “CustomerServices@luminati.co.uk”) on 7 February 2025. I have not received any response to any of these emails as of today, 17 February 2025, but automatic responses to those addressed to “enquiries@luminati.co.uk”. The customer services appear to be either non-existent or ignoring my emails. There is a phone number I can ring. If I do not get a response as a follow-up to this review, I may try to ring their phone number.

I ordered twice from this company and both times my order arrived too short, despite paying for it to be custom cut! Both orders were over £100 each and despite agreeing to refund my money, it has not been returned.

I ordered a leaflet holder which arrived damaged. I emailed Luminati over a week ago and have still not heard back. I have sent another email to chase but not impressed with the post sales Customer Service

Ordered 2 cabinets, both arrived broken in same place. Not due to shipping but fault with cabinet. Sent photos to Luminati, no reply. Sent photos again 2 weeks later, no reply. Non existent customer service.

bought a frame that was not right, quality was nice but sizing was wrong. Reached out to Customer services numerous times asking for help, responded but they never answered with the information I needed to buy the right product, got asked for a review twice… reached out again during that time and again someone didn’t follow up. not very good customer service. stuck with a product I can’t use. VERY disappointing as this was a frame for a photo of a late beloved family member which I had mentioned. The original frame was nice, but I have no use for it as it’s the wrong size so very poor experience overall.

Very disappointed in customer service - I placed an order 28th May, delivery came 3 weeks later while we were away on holiday. The items were clearly not packaged correctly as the box was badly split. Needless to say, two of the three items ordered were damaged, one beyond repair, however, I could manage with the second damaged item. Upon contacting the company's customer service department, as I was outside a 48 hour notification window to report such damage, a refund or replacement was not offered, just a discount if I would like to purchase again! Will not be ordering again!

My delivery was returned by the courier without any attempt to deliver - we're a commercial business open from 8am - 8pm. Then the wrong itmen was delivered from Luminati. 5 weeks later I am still awaiting my items. I appreciate that mistakes can occur, but the Customer Care from Luminati has been v poor. I continue to chase my items...

Ordered these frames for my open day. Parts arrived with missing pieces meaning I couldn't put them together I rang and left two voicemails for someone to get back to me. Nothing. Then I rang the following day and they said they can send it but no guarantee if it would arrive on time, I rang again to tell them how unhappy I was, but they were not willing to resolve this

I disputed the delivery of an order +£500 as item has not been received, nobody at our address matches the name on the proof of delivery & our CCTV shows that no delivery was made at the time stated. Every email I have sent takes a week for somebody to respond to, service is extremely slow and very unsatisfactory. Would not recommend. Order placed 5 weeks ago and issue still unresolved.
