“Both ends of the sneeze guard wobble as the bolts don’t tighten enough to keep sturdy. When I emailed the company about this straight after my purchase I got ignored and still haven’t received a reply 3 weeks on. I ended up having to purchase washers to fix’s this problem.”

“The overall quality is good, except for the brackets that hold the poles in place as they are made of plastic. I have had to get them made of metal as the 3 brackets that came with the screen have cracked when putting them in position.”

“Loved the illumination of the reeds as we entered the gardens and the up lighters on the trees. Disappointed with the number of lights and length of pathways. Disappointed with the barrel operated search lights as 2 were not working and those that were did not illuminate anything and were just white light. No Christmas themes which would have been appreciated. Poor and limited food and drink offering. Overall as I had reduced rates it was OK but at full price in my opinion it was too expensive”

“I recently bought a Luminati acrylic display cabinet. When I received and unpacked the cabinet, I was surprised to find that the door wouldn't open. The door had been incorrectly fitted such that it was on the inside of the door stop, not the outside! The solution as advised by Luminati required me to 'pop the hinges' (remove the hinge pins), take off the door, reposition it correctly and then replace the pins. It took quite some time, but the door is now fine and the cabinet is as it should be. What is disappointing is that Luminati were slow to offer any apology and have refused to offer any kind of part refund for their manufacturing fault and my inconvenience in having to fix it. They even tried to claim that the door must have been pushed past the stop during transit, which due to the inflexibility of acrylic is impossible without it being damaged. So whilst I would still recommend the cabinet to others, I would warn that there are clearly some quality control issues that Luminati is reluctant to address.”

“We were a few fixings short. I rang to get more sent out. Somebody was supposed to be getting back to me. I chased this up and was told again that somebody would get back to me. I still haven't heard anything.”
