“I never received my order”

Hi Ben, I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Our courier is showing that your order was delivered on the 5th of January. “Amazing opportunity to review a product that looked like it was in stock when I ordered it. After numerous messages to get delivery updates I found out it would not arrive in time and tried to cancel. My money was deducted from my account. Got no replies to emails about delivery update until someone messaged to say it was not held in stock and was being shipped I tried to cancel. No replies, no updates, no idea what was going on. Then told it was being delivered weeks later, it ddnt arrive, I queried, no replies. Then I was advised that they had managed to cancel my order but their accounts were short staffed so refund would be dealt with After weeks of trying to order a product, with no communication and had to chase for my £191 refund which funally arrived this week Would I recommend this company. Hell No!”
