“My husband passed away, which is why I wanted this case which is for something special that he made. I was emotional ordering, unsure on measurements, and Rob contacted me to check the size. I cannot say how grateful I am. He had so much care and empathy and truly went above and beyond to help me. My case is more than I could of wished for, thankyou Rob 🙏”
