Very disappointed in how Luminati has dealt with me. Purchased the set of 3 plinths, for an exhibition. I was expecting the plinths by a certain date, but I sent an email to find out if I was going to get t them by the required date. No response so I rang, I was told that I would not get them as they were not even in production. I was offered smaller ones as an alternative and a refund of the difference. The plinths came and one of them were damaged arrived on the Thursday discovered this on the Saturday. The strange thing is the damaged plinth was wrapped in a completely different wrapping from the other 2. I was told I can only get a discount on my next purchase. I have sent several emails asking how much the discount is and where is my refund, and 6 weeks later no response there was discretion, i spent over £400 and a small business trying to build myself, this is a lot of money to me and to not even respond, is not very business like.

Product was delivered in good time however it had manufacturing issues. Sent email with an explanation and images and heard nothing back.

12 frames were ordered, boxes were damaged on arrival. When checked some of the damage must have been prior to despatch, which makes me doubt quality control standards. Replacement polycarbonate sent out to replace damaged items, some of which were also damaged, now had 3 deliveries before we have full delivery without damage. Communication not great, no email replies since the initial complaint, just emails notifying that packages were on the way and with the courier.

Poor customer service, emailed multiple times and got no response after placing an order. The order arrived thankfully on time but took over 3 days to finally get it sorted despite me specifying a date.

Customer Services were pleasant on each occasion I reported the broken stands. As for a refund that is in the hands of our Accounts...
