“I ordered 3 pairs of Robel trousers (black,white,beige) and after waiting two weeks rang the shop. First Lady told me the order hadn't come, fine could live with that. The next day I looked online , the white ones were in stock so I spoke to another lady who told me ! Lucy Cobb don't sell coloured ones. No one had contacted me, I found another site selling Robell and not only did they have them, they arrived within 24 hours! Then the top I paid £39 for I saw in another shop for £25!”

Hi thank you for your review. We are really sorry that you have had this poor experience. We order Robells very regularly, in season often more than once a week and we get deliveries usually 9 working days later. We always include individual orders and if Robell dont have the items they dont confirm this, they just dont send. Im not sure who said we dont have coloured ones as we have SO MANY colours in stock but maybe it was a specific style they thought that we didnt stock. We are sorry for the confusion there and we are taking this up on future training days. Regarding the top, we aim to be as competitive as possible and get lots of feedback that we are. Without knowing the details its hard to comment effectively. Our aim is always to be very competitively priced. Thank you Lucy.

“Had a problem with the website but was able to order quickly and easily from very nice lady via phone call. Best price I've seen for trousers I chose. Delivery super quick too. Thank you very much.”

“I tried the Robell trousers on in the shop, the assistants are always very helpful if you need advice or if you just want a browse will leave you to it. I chose the lime green pair and loved them! I said I would order online to receive t he discount and free Delivery I received very quickly and went in the shop the following week to buy another pair in silver grey. Lucy and her team are very friendly and helpful and they have a great range of clothes and accessories, highly recommended .”

“Love the trousers I ordered, only problem I could have saved 10% on the 3 pairs I ended up ordering as my sister and her friend wanted a pair which were on three separate orders could of saved £15 instead of £5, they are very pleased with them”

“Excellent customer service. Really quick delivery and prompt returns refund. Unfortunately I am small and the trousers I wanted weren't in stock in my size. Some more size I would be much appreciated.”

“I ordered the clothes Friday afternoon and they arrived nicely packaged on Saturday morning. It was worth it to me to pay a little bit more than I usually would for next day delivery because I know the clothes are lovely and it suited me to have them delivered at home as I live about 30 minutes drive away from the shop and can't get there very often so for me the website is ideal. The things I ordered fitted beautifully and I'll be ordering the same dress in another colour this week!”

“The dress I saw on facebook wasn't on the website when I first looked, I sent a message, got an immediate reply and the dress was then on the website. Ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later. It fits beautifully, looks great can't wait for some decent weather to wear it.”
