“I ordered the clothes Friday afternoon and they arrived nicely packaged on Saturday morning. It was worth it to me to pay a little bit more than I usually would for next day delivery because I know the clothes are lovely and it suited me to have them delivered at home as I live about 30 minutes drive away from the shop and can't get there very often so for me the website is ideal. The things I ordered fitted beautifully and I'll be ordering the same dress in another colour this week!”

“The dress I saw on facebook wasn't on the website when I first looked, I sent a message, got an immediate reply and the dress was then on the website. Ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later. It fits beautifully, looks great can't wait for some decent weather to wear it.”

“I recently purchased a Gift Voucher as a birthday gift which I have done many times. Unfortunately on this occasion, instead of the nice hand written 'postcard' type voucher, all I was given was a till receipt inside an envelope which I did not find acceptable for a gift. I would think that most Gift Vouchers are purchased to give as presents therefore something a little bit more special than a receipt in an envelope (which can be easily lost) should be given.”

Jan Thank you very much for your review. We moved to our new website in February this year and the old voucher system (with lovely silver covers) couldn’t be continued due to the new system. However I agree with you that the new e vouchers aren’t pretty to look! We had talked about it as a team a month ago and it’s been on the ‘to do’ list. It’s now moved to the top and we have asked our printers today to look into some nice new cover options. “I love this shop as I always find something I like and different from the regular high street shops. The Robell trousers are an amazing find and will be buying more of the fabulous colours. The staff are always friendly and helpful and offer an honest opinion. No need to shop elsewhere .”
