“I love Robella trousers, so always watch out for Lucy’s offers. From placing my order it is fast and efficient, and I know that if I had to return anything this process is quick and simple too. I miss being able to browse in the shop, but online is filling the gap during this period.”

“Easy website and quick delivery. Unfortunately the item looked a different colour on website so telephoned to confirm. I understood website was correct so returned item and as only one left bought item instead of exchange as they could not hold it for me until receiving the other back. When order received it was exactly same as original so kept it this time as I had paid 3lots of postage!”

“I have ordered and received many items from Lucy Cobb recently. The service is super efficient and the products so beautiful. The 'one-size' items are a perfect fit every time. I have visited the shop many times over many years and it is brilliant to have this online facility when visiting the shop isn't possible. I loved the baby pink Sansa Supersoft Star Hoodie so much that I ordered it in another colour too. Beautiful clothes from Lucy Cobb with very helpful and friendly staff. I have nothing but praise. “This is my first purchase from Lucy Cobb ..the Leopard wool coat in the sale. Such a great bargain. Once the rain stops I’m looking forward to wearing it outside .. so far it is cosy and warm, fits well and looks a bit different. It arrived very promptly, well packaged. I was really pleased when I opened the package and the Invoice/receipt had a sweet hand written note to thank me for my purchase .. such a lovely personal touch. I often look at the Robell trousers and will buy another pair soon as they are probably the best fitting trousers I have ever worn. Thankyou Lucy and your team ♥️”
