“Excellent service ordered a couple of pairs of the fabulous Robell trousers had to send one back as they didn’t fit. Very quick refund would highly recommend using Lucy Cobb online”

“Very helpful and even though the needlecord Robell trousers I wanted were out of stock, they managed to get Robell to send over a pair and even took the trouble to telephone me to explain the process when items are out of stock. The trousers are brilliant. I have ordered another pair, again our of stock, so hope they can be magically extracted from Robell once more!”

“I’ve bought a few pairs of Robell trousers - fleece, normal and 7/8 all of which I love because they are so easy to wear. I have also bought a jumper and top - both of which have been exactly as advertised and good value and good quality. Lucy Cobb have always been excellent - quick and efficient delivery and no problems if there are returns - I would highly recommend them and have done so to friends. Great to have such a good independent retailer who offer such a good range !!”

“I’ve ordered quite a few things now from Lucy Cobb on-line and to be honest the service, clothes are all amazing. Always great quality and so comfy. “I bought 2 vouchers for a family birthday and the whole procedure was no trouble at all. The website was easy to navigate and I was kept up to date on progress. The vouchers arrived promptly and I was impressed by the voucher/envelope and lovely ribbon to make it look special. Well done.”

“I’m rating the Lucy Cobb Boutique highly because of: 1. Great customer service: staff are really friendly on the phone during lockdown (I bought a beautiful suitcase set and staff packaged it up and organised delivery to Scotland!) 2. Website is quick and easy to use, with good variety & sales, 3. Lucy personally showcases the clothes in Facebook videos in a really clear, presentation often modelling the outfits so customers can see what they look like on, 4. There is a wide range of pricepoint and clothing styles to choose from and suit any budget, 5. It’s a small business giving excellent customer service during Covid and therefore deserves to be supported.”

“The trousers were beautiful. I am a size 10 but they were a wee bit wide at hips and thighs. Really sorry I had to return them.”
