“I have ordered a few times from Lucy Cobb and I am very happy to continue to do so. I think the information on the website is extremely helpful with regard to the fit of items. The store also carries a large selection of styles and sizes. I have had to return a few items and refunds have been swiftly processed. Also, delivery is speedy and the clothes arrive neatly packaged.”

“I have bought 3 pairs of Robell seven eights trousers from you and am really pleased with them. Because of this I’ve since ordered 2 more pairs, one was out of stock and one pair I received last Week. I was really disappointed, as the legs were too tight so I’ve returned them. They were Exactly the same trousers as the previous 3 pairs and same size. Also, I was a bit unhappy at Having to pay £3 30 for the return. I’m reluctant, because if this to order anymore in case I need To return them. (The trousers were Bella09 light taupe size 44).”

“Excellent service at the shop. The lady assistant was very helpful and friendly. She provided honest polite advice on what suited me and most importantly what did not. A thoroughly enjoyable visit and well worth the travel from Warrington.”
