“I broke my wrist recently. I wanted some stylish trousers with an elasticated waist that were easy to pull on and off . I spoke to 2 ladies on the phone before I ordered to discuss size/fit/style. Both were very kind, patient and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable about the trousers. In the end I ordered some Marie’s. I am delighted. The fit is good, the fabric is smart looking and the cut is stylish.. I can thoroughly recommend the product and the service you get at Lucy Cobb. Thank you. Caroline H”

“I cannot fault the customer service. Al lmy orders arrived earlier than I expected and the returns were dealt with very promptly. Free p and p for Robell items is very much appreciated.”

“The people I spoke to when I phoned Lucy Cobb were very helpful and advised me which trousers to purchase. They arrived the following day. Unfortunately they were a little too tight so I bought a larger size & returned the first pair. The refund came through very quickly. I would be very happy to make further purchases for Lucy Cobb and would recommend them to friends.”
