“Log package was good but a little expensive however at the time l was unable to order from anywhere else and decided to give them a try. I am not saying l wouldn't use again as the quality was exceptional but l do need to try and source a cheaper alternative.”

“First time order, definitely going to use again. Items arrived in cardboard boxes, really great condition and the hobbit logs are perfect for our small wood burner. The Natural lighters take well and make starting the fire very easy. We can’t wait to use the apple wood when we get the bbq out. Highly recommend *****”

“Perfect size logs for our little hobbit stove. We were getting so frustrated having to chop every log from other suppliers so these have saved us so much time and energy! They are delivered super quickly and I love the box they are delivered in.”

“Great logs! Burn really well and fit in our standard-size log burner. Delivered in cardboard boxes which are heavy but easy to recycle. I love the personalised message and the 2 trees planted per box ordered. Very pleased to have found them.”

“Had an Internet problem and thought I had set up a subscription. When I checked 2 days before a delivery was expected I realised that it wasn't going to arrive. I phoned up and got an immediate response and the issue was sorted and the logs I required arrived a few days later. Excellent checking on the situation and feedback. Can't fault customer services and situation resolution. Thank you.”

“The wood pellets are fantastic, quick to light, and easily get our pizza oven upto 500C. Very economcial, managed (when combined with charcoal for a 'base heat') a good 15 sessions with our Ooni. Quick delivery too - even a few days before Christmas!”
