“Really pleased with the quality of the logs, which I will be using for cooking and smoking. Delivery was quicker than expected. All made even better knowing 2 trees for each box I buy are being planted in deforested areas. I will be ordering more once these have run out.”

“Great service, excellent products. I have used Love Logs a couple of times to order wood to use in my Gozney Dome and the quality of the wood is fantastic. It burns hot when needed, but also lasts a long time for low and slow cooks. The first cook with this order was. 5 hour shoulder of lamb and I used 12 pieces of kindling to get things going and 3 chunks of the Dome shorties for the full cook. The delivery was as promised - I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday”

“My first order and was not disappointed. Arrived next day and whilst the pellets looked different to my normal brand they burnt hotter and left less ash. Oven got to temperature quicker and maintained an even temp during cooking. Will be using only Love logs going forward and have already recommended to several friends.”

“Fantastic kindling for the Ooni wood-fired pizza oven. Burns much hotter and produces less smoke than the regular stuff from the garden centre.”

Hi Connor, Thanks so much for your review! Hickory isn't native to the UK, so unfortunately we won't be adding it to our range, but we do already have British hazel on the site, which from a smoke profile point of view is very similar and well worth a try if you're keen to buy local! Hickory is only native to Asia and North America, so unfortunately it does travel a long way to come to the UK. Happy cooking! Paul

“Very prompt delivery. Good quality hardwood kindling. Not cheap but we used our ooni pizza oven to make >30 pizzas in a sitting and there was less soot in the chimney than I’ve found after doing 8 using other kindling. Kept the oven good and hot throughout and made amazing pizza. Will use again!”

“Love their environmental ethics for replanting. Great logs. Bit of an issue with the courier but got them in time for when I needed them, and they were proactive with communication. Would not stop me ordering again.”
