“Very high quality (sustainable) logs. They are slow burning which is prefects for log burners. I was buying horrific logs from the corner shop previously. Will be purchasing again but I got 10x boxes so will last months!”

“I’m an older woman who lives alone and have no real outside storage for large amounts of logs. I really like the way love logs provide great quality little logs for my hobbit log burner in boxes that I can slide into my conservatory and stack for easy access. No hard work! I’m a great fan of the fire lighters too. So glad I found this company.”

“Excellent service- the logs arrived promptly and they are really good value for money (without having to lug around bags of logs from the shop). They give out good heat and it’s nice to know they’re ethically sourced from sustainable woodland.”

“The logs were ordered easy and the delivery next day prompt. I reordered following the great customer service received last spring ( basically a previous order was not up to Scratch, acknowledged and a complimentary box sent). I used the box just recently so I re ordered. I am pleased to say the same quality as the complimentary box.”

“Wood is good quality but they were supposed to arrive ready to use in my Gozney Roccbox pizza oven and unfortunately most of the pieces were just too big (most pieces are too long and many were too thick).”

Hi Andrew, I'm so sorry, it sounds to me like someone has mis-labelled your box and you were in fact sent the kindling for Ooni Karu, which we cut longer and thicker. I'm sending you an email now, we'll send you another box out today which is our kindling cut and graded for Roccbox, we 100% agree you should be able to use every single stick straight out of the box.
