“Super happy with the quality of the apple tree logs and the fast delivery too! considering I’d left it till the last minute to find a supplier for a weekend cook, the fuel arrived in time and ready to use… huge thanks to you guys and would thoroughly recommend 😁👍🏼”

“What a great company - providing excellent logs and charcoal from sustainably managed woodland, and doing their bit to offset carbon emissions. A pleasure to deal with, the ordering process is smooth and efficient from start to end. Have already ordered again, and will do so in future too.”

“Great service as ever from Love Logs. Their pizza oven kindling is the best I've tried. Really pleased to see they now sell charcoal that's sustainably sourced and produced in the UK. Ordered my first batch last week and it arrived within 2 days. Haven't had a chance to use it yet because of all the rain but looks to be top notch quality”

“Love this company - amazing wood products and run by lovely people with a genuine passion for cooking with wood. Personally I'm using the wood for smoking wood for long brisket/rib/pulled pork cooks and the flavour I get is second to none. Hoping to expand my BBQ/grill/oven set up over the next few years and LoveLogs will be my first port of call when the time comes for wood logs!”

“I've already put this review on Trustpilot, but maybe this goes somewhere else, so I've chopped it again : I've been buying dust for cold smoking from another supplier for over 10 years, but recently had a minor altercation with them about a faulty product, so thought I'd look around and see who else was out there. I found Love-logs, as well as several others who failed my assessment. I emailed Love-logs to enquire about the suitability of using their dust in a traditional style spiral. I asked about the general quality, and particularly the 'fineness' of the dust, which is notoriously difficult to get lighted. I received very prompt and convincing reassurance, so ordered a 3kg bundle, which DPD said would be delivered the very next day (I delayed it because I would be out). I used it immediately. On opening the packets I was immediately impressed with the fineness of the dust, and it lit easily first time with a tea light. The spiral burned completely round, and when I emptied it this morning to refill for a second run, I was amazed how clean the burn was. The spiral needed very little scraping indeed. Previously my old dust would need considerable scraping out, as it left quite a thick 'tarry' residue around the spiral each time. Delighted. Here's to another 10 years with my new supplier!”

“Happy to have found Love Logs. I buy the sustainable oak charcoal and ok, it's expensive but it's definitely worth it, as are the firelighters. It lasts much longer than the lumpwood or briquette stuff so you don't need to use as much. No more of that lighter fuel smell from the barbie. Great service too with deliveries made promptly after ordering.”
