“Bought hobbit burner size logs late last year (very few companies do this size). The logs were fantastic and clean and my chimney sweep said how much better the chimney is since me using them. They do good offers, you can pay by Klarna to spread the load and the delivery is fast and efficient. Very pleased”

“It’s easy to write a great review when nothing goes wrong and I’ve done that several times over the past 18 months we’ve been using Love Logs. However the real test comes when there’s a glitch - as we had with an order recently. Paul & Heather’s customer service was absolutely second to none. Communication was instantaneous & the issue was addressed and rectified as quickly as was possible. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Product quality and customer service are clearly their top two priorities! Thanks guys, very much appreciated!”

“I have to be honest and say I took a sharp intake of breath when I realised what the cost of my purchase would be. I pressed on with my order for beech splits and oak logs because I have really struggled to get a successful burn for bowl cooking with all the logs I’ve tried from else where. Suffice to say I bossed it with the ‘Love Logs’ and I really pleased I went ahead with my order.”

“Fab small company doing good in the world. Bought this after realising whatever is in briquettes makes the ash unsuitable for the garden (so I’d rather not cook over them). I’ve used the love logs alder charcoal once so far and it was a bit of an art form to manage the big lumps of proper stuff, but it cooked the food beautifully.”

“Brilliant small business and have used a few time. The fire lighters are eco and brilliant to use. They keep burning for a lot longer than others so haves used before and for each order, love Logs plant a tree. Highly recommended.”

“Heard about Love Logs from Tom Voyage - the pizza oven guy on You Tube whilst looking at one of his Ooni reviews. So easy to order on the website and was delivered really quickly. Great service. Not used any logs yet so can’t comment on how they burn. Thank you.”

“Just placed my second order. I have a number of wood burning BBQs, firepit and pizza oven and wouldn't source my wood anywhere else now. Also really helpful advice from Paul when trying to work out what wood to buy for each burner and how much wood I needed for the storage spaces I've got.”

“I ordered 2 boxes of Cherry and 1 box of Oak logs for my BBQ and thet got delivered very promptly and at no extra cost. The quality of the logs are great! They lit very well and flavoured the meat beautifully! I definitely recommend and will be ordering from them going forward!”
