“I have been using the kindling, hobbit logs and fire starters since the weather started to cool down. The firefighters light easily, the kindling burns hot and has had no problem starting a fire in my small log burner. I had some delivery issues, absolutely not the fault of Love Logs, and Heather’s customer service was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive to my emails and resolved the problem immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Love Logs both for their products and customer service.”

“What a lovely surprise. I ordered the wood burner starter kit and it came beautifully packaged with eco friendly packaging. The delivery was on time and the logs burnt beautifully. Extra special was barely any mess. Highly recommend this product.”

“Great service and company. Paul answered a numbered of questions I had on my order. Their logs were significantly better in creating heat required for my Delivita pizza oven than the ones I had purchased via Qubox. Also the logs previously purchased are far too big, Love Logs provide bespoke sizes so you know they will be perfect for your needs. I would highly recommend Love Logs and I will be using them for all my future purchases. As a bonus they are environmentally friendly.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from this company. I have a very small wood burner but due to hand injuries I am unable to chop the regular size logs in half so when I found this company offering 'Hobbit' logs I ordered a box. They arrived within a few days and though a bit on the expensive side they are perfect for my tiny stove. Thank you”
