“So far, so good! Purchase made and what looks like very good timber delivered promptly. Now, just waiting for a break in the weather to fire up and try it out. “Great service and great logs. We’ve used love log’s several times now never any problems, the logs are always packed well in good sturdy boxes. As we don’t have an out building for storage this makes a big difference as we can store the boxes without any mess.”

“I've used love logs for some time, but more recently with the subscription of monthly deliveries. It's a very easy, trouble free process. They always notify me of taking payment and delivery day - pretty faultless. The logs are great, with a great heat and burn time.”

“High quality wood purchased for my gozney dome. Burns so efficiently. Also the added positivity of knowing trees have been planted! Super impressed with the quick delivery too. Keep up the great work guys!”

“Excellent customer service. Speedy response and sound advice. Unfortunately, what I was looking for was no longer available. However, I asked about alternatives and suggestions were made. Purchased a box and were delivered next day with a hand written note. Nice to see you companies taking the time to hand write notes saying thank you for the business.”

“Very happy with my first purchase from love logs. Needed chunks for my smoker ( which I was to use the following day) which seemingly nowhere local to Manchester or from a main retailer provides. Love logs was really a lucky internet pick. The logs arrived in rapid time. The quantity and quality of the various woods I received was great. Lovely flavour and good burn/ smoke time. Just the job. Will use again and recommend whole heartedly.”
