I found it impossible to purchase a voucher on line - then I phoned your shop and was informed that your don't issue vouchers!. However the chap that answered the phone was helpful and he went on line and tried as I did to purchase a voucher on line and after some difficulty he eventually got it for me. Its the Card company you use is unfriendly. they wanted me to sign up with them and I was very suspicious . I would be reluctant to order a voucher again, I would go elsewhere.
