Bought great value products on sale. However did not have in stock what I ordered and no replacement was suggested. Also box was damaged when i received it. Contents inside were fine. Would order again although process could be smoother.

Presentation wooden box - lovely & smart. Buttons & tape perfect inside & didn't move, however, the main 'Gift Card' which was stuck into the material samples did not fit - card either needs to be bigger to fit the centre insert box, vertically, so as not to 'float' about & almost hide behind the samples or made smaller so as to fit horizontally. I did think for the price & standard of the presentation box the gift card would have been more classy or different from the 'normal' gift card. The overall magnetic box is lovely and I would've loved to have re-used it only the little 'purple' seal tape glue was obviously too strong & ripped the box cover. Same with sticking the letter/invoice to the front of the box.

Very disappointed in Gant shorts I purchased. After 1 day most of the pocket buttons have broken and I canny therefore close the pockets securely. Previous Gant shorts were excellent but my recent purchases are extremely poor quality, particularly when one considers the price I paid for them.

Not so much happy! A little disappointed with the presentation of my 3 shirts which I recently purchased, is it because they were marked down in price that they came the way they did??? Wrinkly and as if they had been dragged from the bottom of a bin. I have purchased from the site and indeed many times from the shops in Galway & Dublin and was never disappointed. Please take this criticism as that of a busy warehouse and that it is not meant to reflect the overall regard I have for your products and service. Kevin B. Reddy

I ordered two sale items online. Unfortunately one item could not be located in the warehouse. This was very disappointing - the item continued to be advertised on the website. I did receive an apologetic email and a discount on a full price item in the future.

Great service yet very slow on delivery. Took 10 calendar days to receive in Luxembourg from Ireland.

I gave 3 stars as I ordered 2 items but after about 4 days I received an email to say one of the items was not available,if they are not available they shouldn't be on the website,but I was happy with my second item,they do have a great sale.

The promise of 1 day delivery in ROI did nt materialize. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and it took until Tuesday before the package arrived. No biggie but something that other users should be aware of.

It took longer than expected for my order to be available at the Capel street store for collection. I had to call the webstore before they dispatched. I think they may have forgot about my order. I initially called the Capel street store to inquire about my online order. They told me to contact Dundrum as they "arn't involved in online orders". After calling Dundrum they told me to get back onto Capel street. So the company initially seems pretty unorganised and caused confusion and inconvience with my buying experience. However, to finish on a positive note I was very happy with the quality of the product I purchased.

I find the customer service excellent and have purchase some excellent quality products from Louis Copeland. However it can be frustrating when you order an item in a particular size (that appears to be available) and the following day you get an email to say it isn't actually in stock. This has happened more than once and I don't think blame should be laid at anyone's door, however I find it off putting to use the service.

I have placed two orders and been told that the sizes were noit available because the web site was not updated.

My item arrived promptly however the security tag was left on which meant I had to return it. When I spoke to the customer services representative I asked if I would receive a little something for the inconvenience was a little disappointed when item was returned with nothing extra only a bow on box

Found item i wanted easily. Confirmation email was received but i didnt get '24 hour' delivery within Ireland which the website claims and also received no dispatch email. When i tried emailing the email address listed on the website was defunct.

I buy from the UK and have been stuck with return postage, I have decided not to use you again for non-familiar brands as it is too risky due to differing sizes.

Order no. 3367 , I unfortunately was going on holiday abroad on the day that the trousers arrived as the delivery had been delayed, and therefore they were placed in a suitcase and not opened until we reached the Canary Islands. Got a shock as the the trousers ordered were Navy Blue and the trousers received were Black, unfortunately I had packed a pair of evening Black trousers but not a pair of Navy Blue casual trousers To be fair, the Gant label said Navy Blue but I can assure you that they are Black. So unfortunately I still need a pair of Navy Blue Casual trousers but I found it necessary to wear the the Trousers you and Gant supplied.
