The site and purchase process were good, but I didn’t receive an email confirmation after I purchased items online, only an email asking if I wanted to complete my purchase. More full end to end testing required.

I received the package and it was a great but I was expecting a jacked which wasn't available so it was canceled, but I was not made aware of this until I recieved the package and went online to figure out what happened, which is the second time this happened, this was not a great experience

Hi Sean, Thanks for letting us know, we are sorry about the stock out problem, we have had an issue with switching over of stock system while integrating into the new website we are launching soon and it affected some of the stock picture which is being corrected. When we get things wrong we hold our hand up and always make sure to offer customers a great offer on new stock by way of apology, which I don't believe any other type of store does and you should have received the same so please contact us if you did not. For this reason I will send the bag back to you.

Online purchase experience, and delivery was good. Disappointed with packaging. To spend a couple of hundred on a jacket and not receive it with a hanger or a cover was not what I would expect from such a high end brand

I received this survey request before my goods have arrived which I thought was strange. No complaints, but hard for me to judge until my pants actually are delivered... Dublin is a long way from Australia... thanks Gordon

Hi Gordon, Thanks for your comments, yes it is a bit awkward alright, unfortunately the technology that sends out the email is a fixed time period and not adjustable to different regions, this gives us something to ponder over and work with our reviews people for a solution. Very pleased with the selection and online ordering. However let down by the fact that t i received a blue regulator jacket instead of the black that i had ordered. As the jacket was received 13 days after ordering there was not much time left to return within the 15 days window even if i had used DHL. Under EU rules one is normally granted 21 days within which to return online purchases. It would also help if your system permitted courier service for deliveries rather than relying solely on the postal service for deliveries to destinations outside of Ireland/UK.

Regularly buy from Louis Copeland but normally call to the shop. Quality is always excellent. Got it delivered this time and extremely disappointed, ordered on Friday, next day delivery , but it didn’t arrive until Wednesday, so not the good customer service that I’m used to in store

PLACED ORDER BUT WAS CONTACTED TO SAY 2 OUT OF 3 ITEMS WERE UNAVAILABLE. WAS DISSAPPOINTED THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THESE ITEMS WERE STILL ON WEBSITE DAYS LATER. NEEDS TO BE KEPT UP TO DATE. OVERALL HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND WILL USE AGAIN

We have still not received shoes as the postcode was incorrect on parcel, shoes were due 3days ago and needed for an occasion tomorrow... very disappointed

Hi Nikki, We are sorry you had an issue with the delivery, Parcel Force (Royal Mail) came back to us saying that the issue was an incomplete address even though they had the full postcode and their own system shows the complete address when this is entered. It shows that they were delivered at 16.07 the day you left this review so we hope you got them in time.

Happy with ordering and delivery however trousers were described as navy but are actually grey!!! Requested alteration of leg length but this didn’t happen. Have had many previous orders with no issues.

Hi, First of all the shirt is really great. Exactly the level of quality I would expect but I found the online purchase problematic. The payment service seemed to have crashed during checkout. I had to check with my bank if payment was taken, which it was. I got no email to confirm that order had been successful. My account on Louis Copeland stated the order was "being processed" and then "dispatched". I then got an email on Wednesday evening saying my order "was still here" and awaiting completion. The shirt arrived on Thursday morning. I would probably avoid purchasing online the next time.

Hi Aidan, Thanks for your comments and sorry for the trouble you had during checkout, it is unusual so we are going to bring this up with our developers, looking back we can see there was definitely a technical issue with the confirmations. There have been no other reports yet so hopefully, this was an anomaly but I appreciate your feelings on this so we will strive to work this out.

I ordered a voucher for my husbands birthday and did so online as I thought it would save me time. However because it came in a huge box, it could not be delivered to my address as I work full time. This meant that I had to locate and travel to the post office parcel depot to pick up the thing so I would have the birthday present for the day. The depot was further away from my office than all 3 Louis Copeland shops. Not a successful online shopping experience! I

No problem in changing a shirt which I bought on line. However the younger staff member I feel needs to tone it down. Brash works in certain places, but not in Copelands

I received a confirmation email to confirm my items had been dispatched on a Tuesday. I didn't hear anything after that and I had to call Copelands on the Saturday. They rang me back promptly and confirmed my items were in the shop for collection. It was a bit unsatisfactory that I had to chase this up and no explanation was provided as to why I hadn't received a confirmation email.
