“Dear Sirs, I recently purchased a Gant shirt from you. To be quite honest I am disappointed in it. It is not the same quality or fit as my previous Gant shirts,8, at last count. Not sure why, as all the others are top quality. Regards Richard Gelletlie.”

“I tend to buy from Louise Copeland when I can as it's usually for a gift and it's beautifully packaged when delivered. Additionally all items are of really good quality and are delivered very quickly. The one time we had to return something (due to sizing) there were absolutely no issues in doing so. Highly recommend.”

“My 5th or 6th time using Louis copeland online ordering since the onset of Covid. Each time they have been fantastic. Why do I say that? Well the orderseems to be dispatched straight away as I always get it a day or two after ordering. Packaging is lovely. Items were as I wanted.”

“Think the service is very good and prompt, no problem with delivery. Website is good and some good deals if you are looking for one. Although one of items arrived and it’s got a thread pull on it so a bit disappointing that it made it past any QA but not the end of the world. Definitely do more online shopping”
