“I have ordered online from Louis Copeland and find the service excellent. Last night I ordered a pair of Gant trainers which arrived today at lunchtime! Unbelievable service. Quality is always excellent. Can't fault Louis Copeland.”

“Very professional service from Louis Copeland & Sons. The original Gant jacket I had ordered for my husband was still on the website when ordered. However, I was than contacted by a staff member called David via phone informing me that the jacket was not left in stock. Despite this I was offered another type of Gant jacket which was at a lower price and when delivered I could return it with the delivery man if not satisfied. I am glad to say I am satisfied and look forward to giving it to my husband on Father's Day. I would buy from Louis Copeland & Sons again.”

“I bought a shirt, first time from LC, was so happy with it, I bought another a day later. Superb quality . Very comfortable on. I’ll be getting more. I contacted them via their ask function on the site and they answered my queries very quickly. Man who delivered it today even recognised me from calling into the shop! Great experience. 5 🌟”

“Well done guys , I never had anyone bring my clothes to the door in a swanky shopping bag with a handwritten note . I see myself in Edwardian London , probably on Baker Street asking the butler to go to the "tailors" . Your size charts are right on as I normally get XL and not XXL . So I will say well done and a very happy customer is saying see you again Daithi”

“I just want to say how impressed we were with the service and the beautiful presentation of the purchases we made . We only processed the order late on Wednesday evening and it was delivered before midday Thursday . The presentation and complimentary slip made it very special . It was the first time I purchased clothes online and am delighted with the result and will be placing a further order with you later today .”
