“A first class professional service from Louis Copeland's as you'd expect. I ordered a shirt which has arrived within 48 hours, nicely packaged and presented with a handwritten signature on the thank you slip along with regular communication as to when I would expect delivery. I'm usually reluctant to order online but I needed have worried. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.”

“Quality at discount price with great service Checked the online site to see what was available in their sales and was pleased to find what I was looking for at 40% discount. Excellent customer service. I received a follow up call to see if all had arrived as expected (which it had) which allows purchasing knowing that if there is any issue they are still there to assist - nice Thanks again”
