“This was an awesome experience. I bought two pair of pants at your store while in Dublin. They were so wonderful I got back to the United States and wanted a couple of pair extra. Ordered them online and received them in perfect shape less than a week later. Incredible. With a note that told me to enjoy them and thanking me for my purchase. I will do this again. Flawless.”

“I ordered online and got a phone call next morning re my requirements, which needed adjusting. Problem solved in a very friendly and helpful manner. I will be ordering all my online requirements for my husband online with Louis Copeland. I order online a lot and have found Louis Copeland, 'best in class.' Very impressed! “website should always be updated , e.g. when you click on shirts size 3XL a viewing of shirts will appear but in most cases when you click on a particular shirt it is unavailable in that size , even though it was on the 3XL page . Customer service was excellent as i got a call to say shirts selected were unavailable but i was offered alternatives or money back . Beautiful presentation for a gift - sheer luxury at no extra cost .”

“I rarely take the time to write reviews but in this case I had to. Everything about this store, customer service and selection just blew me away, right down to the beautiful packaging. I ordered an Eton shirt that I couldn't find anywhere and not only did they have it in stock, it was at an amazing price! I live in Canada and the shipping was faster than most domestic orders I've done. I do a lot of online shopping and this company was hands down the best I've ever ordered from. An absolute pleasure. Even though I live a continent away, I will definitely be ordering from Louis Copeland & Sons again. My hat is off to you. Cheers, Greg from Canada”

“Ordering online was fairly straightforward. I had a problem with my card (kept getting declined!), but I phoned the available number and received as much help as possible from your staff (turns out that if you do not regularly purchase from abroad, your bank declines as a safety method - very time consuming, but not the fault of LC.). The contact at LC. was most helpful by phone and mail. Likewise, I phoned a Dublin store to get advice about sizing, and the staff were very helpful. I will definitely buy again. Next time I am in Ireland, I intend to get fitted for a made to measure suit or jacket. I am a frequent traveller to Ireland, and was recomended to try LC. by a friend (Andy Ring).”
